1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
In short: We collect personal information that you provide.
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you inquire about or use our Services, participate on the Website, or contact us. Depending on your interactions, this may include names; phone numbers; email addresses; contact preferences; billing and mailing addresses; and similar data.
Payment Data.
• Wise / Bank Transfer (BCA): We may receive payer name, email, country, transaction identifiers, payment amounts/currency, and remittance details. For bank transfers, our statements may show the sending bank, account name/number, and transfer metadata.
• Crypto (BTC/ETH/SOL): We receive your wallet address and transaction identifiers visible on the blockchain.
• Cards: We do not directly store card numbers. If we ever use a card processor, your card data would be handled by that processor under their privacy notice; we would not retain full card details.
All personal information you provide must be accurate and up to date; please notify us of changes.
Information automatically collected
In short: We collect limited device/usage data automatically for security, operations, and analytics.
This may include IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, approximate location (e.g., inferred from IP), and similar technical data. We use cookies and similar technologies—see Section 4.
• Log & Usage Data: Service/diagnostic/performance info (e.g., IP, browser type, timestamps, pages/files viewed, searches, feature use, system events, error reports).
• Device Data: Device type, identifiers, OS, browser type, configuration, ISP/mobile carrier.
• Location Data: We may infer general location from your IP. You can limit location sharing in device/browser settings; some features may not function if disabled.
2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
In short: To provide and improve Services, communicate with you, ensure security, comply with law, and/or with your consent.
Examples include: service delivery and optional account/login flows; posting testimonials (with your consent—email info@kyotophotographer.com to update/delete); requesting feedback; enabling communications where you consent; administering and maintaining accounts; sending administrative notices; security and fraud prevention; enforcing terms and complying with legal obligations; responding to legal requests; fulfilling and managing bookings and payments; administering promotions you choose to enter; delivering services; responding to inquiries and support; and personalization/marketing where permitted (you can opt out—see Section 9).
Processing bases: legitimate interests, performance of a contract, your consent, and/or legal obligations.
3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?
In short: Only as needed—e.g., with service providers, to comply with law, protect rights, or complete a business transaction.
We may share with service providers/contractors (hosting, email, analytics, payment/crypto infrastructure) under appropriate agreements; legal/regulatory recipients; in connection with business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition, asset sale, financing); and to protect rights/safety (e.g., investigate suspected fraud or violations of terms). We do not sell personal information.
4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In short: Yes. We may use cookies, web beacons, and pixels for functionality, security, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings. For details and choices, see our Cookie Notice (if provided on the Site).
5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
In short: If you choose to register or log in via a social account, we may receive profile information (e.g., name, email, profile photo) from that provider. We use it only as described here or disclosed to you. Review the social platform’s privacy settings and notices for their processing.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In short: Only as long as needed for the purposes in this notice, unless law requires longer.
No purpose here requires retention beyond two (2) years. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize your information. If deletion isn’t possible (e.g., backups), we securely store and isolate it until deletion is feasible.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In short: We use organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Access/submit information at your own risk and preferably over secure networks.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In short: No. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. By using the Website, you represent you are 18+ or are a parent/guardian consenting for your minor dependent. If we learn we collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly. Contact info@kyotophotographer.com to report such data.
9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In short: You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where applicable, and you can opt out of marketing.
• Marketing opt-out: Use the unsubscribe link in our emails or contact us.
