KYOTO & NARA CONFERENCE PACKAGE - ¥249,800 (+TAX)
The above price is for the first day only, the second day and beyond can be between 5%-20% lower per day. For example, 5 days (50 hours total) with the maximum 20% discount is calculated as:
Day 1: ¥249,800 +tax, Day 2: ¥199,840 +tax, Day 3: ¥199,840 +tax, Day 4: ¥199,840 +tax, Day 5: ¥199,840 +tax = ¥1,049,160 +tax

About 750 photos will be taken.
All photos (unedited) will be provided via SD Card at the end of the day (or throughout the day) in RAW, JPEG or both.
Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license for corporate use (web, social, internal, PR). Copyright remains with the photographer. No resale or third-party licensing without written permission.
All other photographer expenses are included such as accommodations and transportation.
Optional: Photographer’s overtime is available and is billed at ¥29,800 +tax for each additional hour beyond the 10 hours, no multi-day discount on this option.
Optional: Medium format camera (43.8x32.9mm CMOS medium format sensor) is available (images up to 4:3, 8256 X 6192 @ 51.4 Megapixel), this option is billed at ¥39,800 +tax, no multi-day discount on this option.
Optional: Professional basic editing is available for ¥1,500 +tax per photo with a 25-photo minimum.
Optional: Photographer’s assistant is available and is billed at ¥29,800 +tax for 10 hours, each additional hour beyond that is billed at ¥3,800 +tax per hour, with no multi-day discount on this option.
CANCELLATION POLICY & PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance and confirmation of your booking to secure your photo shoot appointment. You will receive an invoice for this amount, payable via WISE in JPY, USD, GBP, EUR, SGD, AUD, and most other major currencies. For payments in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), please transfer to our BCA (PT Bank Central Asia) account. We also accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL).
The remaining 50% must clear no later than the day before the shoot via WISE (JPY or other supported currencies), BCA (IDR only), in BTC, ETH, or SOL. If you cancel and give at least 28 calendar days’ notice, your deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 28 days forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 28 days’ notice; no rescheduling is allowed inside the 28-day window before the scheduled shoot.
